Since birth, I’ve been hungry for good food. I enjoyed my mother’s milk but I’ve moved on through the years. My philosophy is: be fearless, be adventurous, don’t be afraid of failures, we all have them, but they teach us since we learn from our disasters. Hopefully you won’t have any as a result of my tutelage.
I’m passionate about cooking and I love to have fun and the combination of both is a perfect world .It’s like a wonderful stage in which to improvise and hopefully with an outcome that is crowd pleasing, successful and ultimately oscar worthy.
My ultimate goal is to prepare things so that the outcome is such a gustatorily satisfying experience that it deserves repeating.
So go forth young clowns and prepare to have your taste buds sintillated.
Wow! You had me at gustatorily! Great “About” page!

Only you could accomplish such a splendid website for all to share. I’m headed for the kitchen post haste. I’ll send you some Maryland crab receipes to play with…..sawdust.
Thank you Steve for your kind words! I’d love to fiddle around with some of your crab recipes. Would you also be kind enough to ship me a boatload of crab to go along with the recipes? Crab isn’t abundantly available, here in San Miguel. You’re lucky to live in crablandia!
